Imperfect Love (4ever #1) by Isabella White

ARC provided by NetGalley for honest review

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS BOOK!

This is the first book I have read by this author, and it literally gutted me! I need more of Jake and Holly. I NEED to know what happens.
This book will have you going through all of the emotions as you will love and hate all of the characters at the same time. I absolutely cannot wait for the next book in the series, so many questions were left unanswered. Do Jake and Holly ever get their happy ever after, or do they hate each other for everything. What about Jake’s mom? Does karma come and bit her in the rear? What about Gus? Does he ever get to be with his grandchild that he always wished for? So many questions!

I was happy I gave this book a shot, as it didn’t disappoint at all, and as I said I can’t wait for the next book.

A Mess of Reason by A. Wilding Wells

Book provided by Netgalley for honest review

I had such high hopes for this book. This book had a lot of potential, but failed miserably on the delivery. The chemistry between Tess and Scout was amazing, but it wasn't believable. I have a male best friend, and we don't behave like these two did in the book. Also Tess keeping a secret for 15 years just seem possible either.

This book was painful to get through and I gave it 3 stars, because the sex scenes were HOT!

Undeniably You by Jewel E Ann

Lordy, Lordy, LORDY! I want, no I NEED a Lautner Sullivan in my life. He’s has it all, he’s smart, he’s intelligent, he’s sexy, and above all else he loves deeply. Undeniably You is a fabulous read. You will bust out laughing at times, crying at others, and wanting to reach in a choke the ever living crap out of both Sydney and Lautner for their stubbornness.

I was hooked immediately with this book, and I haven’t had the pleasure to reading a book by Jewel E Ann. I can say without a doubt, I will be reading more of her books. But this book did remind me of the Cocktail series by Alice Clayton as Lautner and Sydney had me laughing out loud just like Caroline and Simon did. I could not put this book down and stayed up way too late last night wanting to know if Sydney and Lautner would get their happy ever after. While I am super tired today, it was worth it.

Undeniably You will grab you instantly and thrust you into the world of a professional house sitter who falls in love with the “pool boy” but is too stubborn for her own good to know it, and you will not want to put it down. I only wish that this book would continue on, as I want to know what happens to Caden. Did he find his happy ever after? What about Avery, did she ever get done “sowing her wild oats”? So many questions, maybe one day Jewel will have their stories told. Until then, I am going to add Lautner Sullivan to the top five…..OK I might need to make that a bigger number…. Top 50 of my book boyfriends.

Give Me Yesterday by K Webster & Ella Christensen

Wow! I didn't see this book ending the way it did.  This has to be one of the saddest books I have read. I can't imagine losing a child at such a young age, and to lose your spouse as well, would just be devastating.

I haven't had the pleasure of reading either of these authors before, but I plan to fixing that soon. I thoroughly enjoyed this book even though I cried a lot during it. I look forward to reading more books by this duo.

Push (Southside Brotherhood #2) by Dani Wyatt

ARC provided for honest review.

This is the first book I have read by this author and I was very disappointed with this book. I consider myself an avid reader and MMA romances are my favorite.

However from the beginning of this book, I was lost. I felt the author should have had a prologue of some sort. Instead it just went straight into the story.I gave this book a few chapters, but I was unable to finish it.

I am going to give this author another chance, as her book descriptions intrigue me, and she does have a way with her words.

I'm coming back!

Sorry I haven’t blogged in a long time, the only excuse I have is that my computer has taken a dump on me and it has been out of commission for quite some time. It will be fix soon, along with my bathroom that we have been remodeling since May. So please don’t give up on me. I am coming back, as I truly enjoy sharing my books with you all.

So just hang tight. We’ll get there.
