Another great book by Max Monroe. I loved this Dr. Shepard! Soooo much better than Grey's Anatomy Dr. Derek Shepard. This is Dr. come tear my pants off. Mmmmm.

While this is the second book in this series, it can be read as a stand alone. However we did get just a tiny bit of a Thatch fix, so you know it'll be a great book just with that knowledge.

However regardless of the fix it not this book drew the line between the billionaires and this series, Scott and Harlow were quite the pair in their no commitment issues, and in true Max Monroe form they had me giggling in places and wanting to throat punch someone by the next page.

I truly love this duo and the shenanigans that they chime up with for their characters. I'm anxious to see what they have in store for Dr. Neuro.

Review: His Obsession

His Obsession by J.L. Beck

J.L. Beck has done it again. This book tugged at my heartstrings from the get go. I too have loved an infantry man, and I know how Mia had felt when the love of her life left for the army. While my knight in fatigues realized a whole heck of a lot sooner that I was worth the risk, it did hurt knowing he chose to leave me behind. Fast forward 8 months later, and I married the love of my life, so yeah I felt for Mia. It's not easy to love a military man.

Enough about me and more about the book. I loved both Jack and Mia from the start. I understood why she didn't tell Jack about their daughter and I lived that Jack was gonna fight for them both even before he knew that he was a daddy. This was a bittersweet romance that had me shedding a few tears along the way.

Review: Tied

Well I did not see that happening nor was this book what I expected. The first book in this series was incredibly erotic and I thought this second book would be along those same lines.

Nope I was completely wrong. While the first book got me all hot and bothered, this book had me bawling and shattered my heart. We met Tyler in the first book Torn (No you don't need to read it to understand this book), as Tor's brother who hides away in the woods. Ty is a scared broken man who happens to find someone who is just as scared as he is. The journey that Holly and Tyler have at finding love is undeniably.

If you like books with broken characters who are able to overcome the worst possible situations then look no further. This is a must read for 2017.

Review: Recluse

That's it I'm addicted. I need the next book like a addict needs their next fix. Good Lord was this a fantastic book.

Wyatt and Grace intrigued me, and the mystery of the murders kept me flipping through the book quickly. While it started out a bit slow, it quickly grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. I literally bawled during Wyatt's confession to Mike. It broke my heart but it was quickly repaired done after.

While this book does end on a big fat cliff hangover, it does give you some warm fuzzies knowing that a HEA is in the making.

I will defiantly be anxiously awaiting for the next book in this amazing series. Jaycee Ford has placed her books firmly on my must read pile.

Well I did not see that coming. I thought for sure this was going to be another sappy romance about a bad body hockey player turned into the good boy.

Nope not even close. This book had my emotions all over the flipping place. You'll cry, laugh and be devastated all in a few pages.

I have only read a few books by L.P. Dover, and I think it's safe to say I am hooked on this series and I cannot wait to get my claws on the next book Blocked.
