Throttled (Wild Riders #1) by Elizabeth Lee. Narrated by Rebecca Estrella

I came across this book as a free read from Amazon. I have a small (pst... really big) addiction of one-clicking when books are free. I am glad that I one-clicked this book, and added narration.

When this Audible book first began, I was not a fan of Rebecca Estrella as the narrator, but as the book progressed, I found her voice to be soothing. I especially loved listening to her as she read Reid's thoughts. She had a sultry voice as him.

This was the first book in the series, and I am a touch disappointed that the other 3 books in the series don't have the whisper sync ability. However, it makes no difference as I am contemplating on purchasing the other two books just as audibles. I really cant wait to see what happens with Georgia and Brett in the next book. I'm also excited to read about Hoyt's adventure with his new student.

I do know this, Elizabeth Lee has found a new fan in me. I honestly can not wait to read more of her books, and I hope that her and Rebecca Estrella keep making more audible books. They are magnificent together.

Panty Melting Factor: 3 Panties. While this is a 5 star book, the smuttiness factor is not there. Still has sizzling hot scenes, but pretty tame compared to what has been read before this.

Tackled: A Sports Romance by Sabrina Paige

ARC provided for honest review.

I have always been a fan of Sabrina Paige's books. She really knows how to keep me entertained. I was pleasantly surprised with this book and how well she transitioned into the sports theme genre.

Every book I have read by her has left me wanting more. Like this book for instance I need more of Colton, and I truly had hoped this would have been left open at the end to see more of some of the characters. I would have been giddy little school girl had she made this into a series. But unfortunately she didn't.

As for the characters, I thought they were great. Colton King, just saying his name give me chills. He really knows how to use his mouth, whether it be talking dirty or giving Aussie kisses. He is no stranger to the down under kiss.

Cassie cracked me up. I loved her smart ass remarks to Colton and how she would just knock him off his pedestal, she really made nerdy girls want to be like her.

And Colton's mom and her fixation of grand babies. She is a riot!

Overall this was a great book and I couldn't consume it fast enough. Now I will be on a book hangover, as Sabrina really knows how to write some hot ass, dirty mouth men. Colton King is by far my favorite of all of her leading men.

Panty Melting Factor: 5 Panties! Colton's cocky attitude and bedroom antics will cause a nuclear meltdown in your pants.

Big Rock by Lauren Blakely

I have read a few of Lauren Blakely's books, and I have to say this one is my favorite.

I really enjoy a good friends to lovers book, and this one was amazing. I am a huge fan of reading books from the male perspective. They are always just off the wall funny and this book was that as well.

Spencer and Charlotte have been best friends for a long time, but neither of them have had feelings for the other. Spencer is basically a man whore, and Charlotte is just Charlotte. Spencer has never thought of Charlotte in a romantic way, until his mouth gets him into a little predicament and he is in need of a fiance. Enter Charlotte. She's willing to help her bestie out.

These two are fillin hilarious as they navigate through their fake relationship. To hear Spencer and his inner dialogue, will have you wiping tears from your eyes. This man might have a Big Rock, but the dude is clueless when it comes to wooing a woman.

This a quick funny read, that will have people staring at you as you bust out laughing in the breakroom at work (raises hand... Guilty). But you know what this book was totally worth the weird looks, and I'm sure I will get more weird looks when I read Mister Orgasm. I have a feeling that Nick is going to be just as cocky as Spencer.

Panty melting factor: 5 Panties! Spencer has a way with words and will have you panting to get a piece of him.

The Baller: A Down and Dirty Football Novel by Vi Keeland

So I have decided to change my reviews up a little bit, and I was going to start stating how many stars I thought each book was worthy of. But since I review some pretty hot books, I am going to use the panty system instead.

The panty system you ask? Instead of 5 starts, it will be 5 panties. Still confused? The panty system is going to state how many times you will have to change your underoos during the course of the book.

With that, I couldn't thing of a better book to start this new system with than non-other than a 5 panty alarm.

Another fantastic sports romance from Vi Keeland. I absolutely love her books, and this one is a great jump into a different sports theme.

I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't scared that Delilah and Brody wouldn't get together in the end, these two were made for each other. The chemistry between the two is sizzling hot. Brody is a cocky Quarterback for the New York Steele, and Delilah is an up and coming sportscaster. Brody wants Delilah, but Delilah doesn't date players. And Brody is a player.

The banter between Brody and Delilah is comical. I found myself laughing out loud quite a bit. I loved the tri-pov's throughout the entire book. It was quite refreshing to see through the ex-girlfriends eyes. While I wanted to hate her because I thought she was going to be an issue, I found myself rooting for her to be OK.

I have not read very many football themed romance books, but I loved Vi's book. I really really hope she continues one with this and makes it a series. I feel like there was things left unfinished with Indie, and Willow. Both of them deserve to have their stories shared.

RoomHate by Penelope Ward

This book is hands down my favorite best-friends to lovers book.

I really really enjoyed this book. I love books that are about best friends to lovers, and this book was especially heart warming as Justin was willing to take on a baby girl as his own. How sexy is that? You know the man really loves you if he is willing to take on your child as their own.

This book had me cycling through several emotions, ranging from angry to sad. I am glad that I read this book, and I plan on reading more from Penelope Ward. This was a great introduction to her writing, and I look forward to reading more from her.

Irrevocable (Irrevocable #1) by Skye Callahan

Audible version provided by Audiobook Blast in exchange for honest review.

This is the first book I have read/listened to by Skye Callahan, and I flippin loved it. I loved the whole idea about the book. This is one of those books, that just sucks me into the dark romance genre.

This story is twisted, dark and erotic as hell. Kirk/James is a bad man, but he couldn't let his colleagues torture and rape a woman they had kidnapped so he said he would train her to be a slave. Silver/Rose has no clue what has happened, all she knows is she is in trouble and no one is going to save her. The life she knew is gone, and now she belongs to Kirk.

I haven't had the pleasure of listening to Sierra Kline, while she did a great job reading the story, I didn't particularly care for her portrayal of Silvers thoughts. Her voice would go in and out as she was portraying Silvers thoughts and feeling. It borderline grated on my nerves. I did like her voice, and I am willing to give another one of her books a chance.

Skye Callahan has definitely became a staple of dark romance authors for me. I look forward to reading more books from her.

Jockblocked (Gridiron #2) by Jen Frederick

Jockblocked is the second book in the Gridiron series by Jen Frederick, and while I enjoyed Matty's story, I was a little disappointed in it. I didn't find the characters to be as complex as I had anticipated. Don't get me wrong it was still a great story, but for some unknown reason, Matty and Lucy just didn't jive with me. I didn't find their story to be as believable as Knox and Ellie's story.

However I am looking forward to the next story, and I really really want it to be Hammer's turn to get all twisted up in a girl. I think his story is going to be great.
