This book was just down right awesome! I was so happy to see that Damon and Lina got to have a story, especially after Raphael was suspicious of them in the book Dishonorable. This book can be read as a stand-alone, but it does tie in with Ms. Knights book Dishonorable which is Raphael and Sofia's story.

This book was difficult to read as my heart broke for Lina and for Damon. They were both two lost souls wondering around. It isn't until Damon finds her again that he realizes that she is his savior. Lina has always had a thing for Damon, but she knows down in her heart that he will never be hers. To watch these two navigate through a sticky situation was miraculous. They both deserve to be happy.

I hope that Ms. Knight continues to write about the Amado brothers, I want to know more about Zach as he intrigues me the most.
